Big gear workout
I occasionally use a Spinervals DVD in my workout routine and borrowed a couple from some friends. Today I tried number 11.0 Big Gear Strength for the first time. It is exactly as described, every interval was in the big ring, small cog. Even the single legged pedaling. And then they have you get off the bike during the video and do lunges. By the time I was done with the workout my legs were a little shaky. I think it gave a good simulated hill workout without leaving my basement. Tomorrow it's the Compex endurance plus some easy spinning.
