My legs are more sore than normal after yesterday's workout. I think it must have been the lunges. It feels like I hadn't been using some muscles that got worked over yesterday. Today was an easier spin before hooking up to the Compex and watching my muscles contract for an hour. Thank goodness for the recovery program on the unit, it's like getting a massage and helps to get rid of some of the soreness. I use it for that even on the days off the bike.
The weather is acting up again with snow showers one minute and clear skies the next. Colder temperatures coming over the weekend mean the trails and back roads should be in good shape for riding. I'm shooting for some longer rides both days.
